Role Summary:
Design and develop Cinemark’s customer-facing mobile applications on iOS, Android, and Windows, while applying a solid development background with Microsoft technologies and understanding good development principles and best practices. Apply knowledge in Xamarin mobile development and architecture. Participate in an Agile Scrum development process along with the ability to lead and participate in architecture and design decisions. Work in a fast-paced development environment and work well with a small team of strong mobile developers. Develop software using the Microsoft Xamarin platform on iOS, Android, and Windows. Design mobile application architecture and interfaces. Participate in the software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum environment, including estimation of development tasks; participation in daily scum meetings, planning, refinement, and retrospectives; rapid prototyping and development of new application features; development and ability to understand back-end services that relate to mobile development; and testing and debugging of existing features and new development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience working with a full stack .NET framework application. Position also requires 2 years of experience designing application architecture and interfaces; and working with SQL Server, Javascript, T-SQL, Xamarin, DTS Packages, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Rest API, and SSMS (SQL Server Management Services).
