Role Summary:
Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. Team Members play a vital role in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests. Working cross-functionally across the theatre, gaming and bowling areas, this position is responsible for greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility and assisting guests with their needs.Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibility of a FEC Team Member include, but are not limited to the following:
- Guest Interaction – Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions they may have about the theatre, gaming, and restaurant areas, and provide assistance as needed.
- Theatre Assistance – Support theatre operations by assisting guests with ticket purchases, seating arrangements, and answering questions about showtimes and movie details.
- Gaming Area Support – Assisting guests with explanation of games, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and support games are functioning properly.
- Cleanliness – Support with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of the building. This includes sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring restroom and common areas are clean and well-stocked.
- Operation of Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions complete
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Flexibility and willingness to assist on other areas of the building as needed including concessions, box office, special events, gaming, etc.
- Ensure all safety and health guidelines are followed, including proper sanitation procedures and emergency protocols
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Requires regular and consistent attendance
- Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Responds with a sense of urgency
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater.
- Noise level may be moderate to high at times.
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
