Role Summary:

The Project Manager - Operations & Innovation embodies the spirit of collaboration and innovation. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in managing complex projects that cut across various functions within the company. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in steering select Operations projects with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and spearheading innovative initiatives.  Reporting to the Director of Special Projects & Innovation, they are instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance our operational capabilities. This role has a passion for leading change and a proven track record for executing visionary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage select projects within the Operations domain, focusing on integrating innovative solutions and fostering cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Support to Director: Provide robust support to the Director, Special Projects & Innovation by assisting in strategic planning, execution of special projects, and driving innovation across the organization.
  • Logistical Strategy: Oversee the logistical strategy and coordination for all Operations meetings to ensure seamless execution. This includes but is not limited to Operations Leadership Meetings, Quarterly Results Reviews, annual field leadership conference, small group training experiences, and team engagement activities

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years experience in project management within an operations setting, especially in retail, restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • A track record of implementing innovative solutions within an operational context.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
